Mableton is one of the newest cities in Cobb County, but plenty of its kitchens have been cooking for decades. Brick ranches from the fifties and sixties, split-levels with a freezer downstairs, newer subdivisions off Floyd Road: each one comes with its own mix of old and new appliances. I'm Hank, and my crew at Mars Appliance Repair fixes refrigerators, freezers, ice makers, wine coolers, ovens and ranges across Mableton. Same- or next-day visits are available.
The phone at (470) 516-8711 is answered by a person, morning, noon and night. Or use the form on this page, and someone will call you back to set a time.

Tell Hank's crew what's acting up and the best number to reach you. We'll call you right back to lock in a Same- or Next-Day slot — no obligation, no upsell circus.

refrigerators that sweat, smell, leak or won't cool.
basement and garage freezers that let food soften.
ice makers with slow fills, leaks or stuck ejectors.
wine and beverage coolers that won't hold their setting.
gas and electric ovens that heat unevenly or not at all.
freestanding and slide-in ranges, gas and electric.
On a humid August day in Mableton, you may notice beads of water on the outside of the refrigerator, along the door edges or on the strip between the French doors. A little of that in muggy weather can be normal. A lot of it, or water dripping onto the floor, means something deserves a closer look.
If the gasket looks fine and the setting is right, but the sweating keeps up, a failed heater along the cabinet edge may be the cause. That's a repair we handle.
Every freestanding and slide-in range is supposed to be anchored by an anti-tip bracket, a small metal piece that grips one of the back legs. It keeps the range from tipping forward if a child climbs on the open door or someone leans on it with a heavy pan. Brackets often get left off after a move, a new floor or a range swap.
How to check yours:
If a range ever has to come out for a repair, ask the tech to check the bracket before it slides back.
You've emptied it, wiped it down, maybe left a box of baking soda inside, and it still smells. Odors that hang on usually come from places people don't think to clean:
If the smell is sharp and chemical rather than sour, or you notice an oily spot under the fridge, call us. Those signs can point to a refrigerant problem.
Many Mableton homes have had their kitchens updated one appliance at a time, and that can create small mismatches. A new refrigerator with an ice maker may need a water line the house never had. A newer electric range may arrive with a cord that doesn't match an older wall receptacle, since outlets have changed over the years. A built-in microwave over the range can trap heat around the cooktop controls. None of this means the appliance is bad, but it can explain trouble that started soon after the new piece went in. Tell us what changed when you book.
Call or use the form, and a person sets a same- or next-day window. When the tech arrives, the checks start with power, water and gas, along with the settings, and then move to the parts behind your symptom. You hear what's wrong and how we'd fix it, and the decision is yours. Once you agree, genuine or OEM-approved parts go in, and the appliance is tested before the tech leaves. The work carries a warranty of up to 6 months for parts and labor.

Same- or next-day visits are available. Earlier calls get the broadest choice of times.
Not necessarily. Check the gasket and any energy-saver setting first. If the sweating keeps up, a door-edge heater may have failed.
Pull out the storage drawer and look at the back corners, or gently tilt the range toward you. If the back lifts, the bracket isn't engaged.
Check under the crisper drawers, inside the gasket folds, the ice bin and the drain pan under the fridge.
That's an installation job for an electrician or the installer. Once the range is hooked up, we can repair it if it acts up.
Genuine or OEM-approved parts that suit your model.
Up to 6 months, labor included with the parts.
